Features:
- The centrifugal pump has a vertical structure. The diameter of the inlet and outlet are the same. The inlet and outlet are on the same center line so that the vertical centrifugal pump can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. If a protective cover is added, it can be used in the open air.
- It is easy to install and maintain. There is no need to dismantle the pipeline system, just lift off the conjunction flat nut of the vertical pump. Then, all the rotor parts can be taken out.
- A vertical centrifugal pump can operate in series or parallel connection according to the requirements of flow and head.
- A vertical pump can be installed vertically or horizontally according to the requirement of the pipeline system.

Tips: Hazard of the centrifugal pump reversal rotating
The reversal rotating of the water pump can also be divided into active reversal rotating and passive reversal rotating. The caused hazard differs as well.
Active reversal rotating means that the motor drives the reversal rotating of the pump, which is mainly caused by the wrong connection of the motor wire. The main hazards include:
- The mechanical seal with a rotating requirement will probably be damaged.
- The shaft sleeve lock nut and the impeller lock nut(impeller cap) with the rotating requirement might become loose. If the pin is used for the connection, the influence is not big.
Passive reversal rotation refers to the pump dragging the motor to have a reversed rotating. The liquid in the pump outlet line flows back into the inlet, causing the pump to have reverse rotation, which drives the motor to have reverse rotation (need to consider whether the motor has power loss at this moment). The main hazards are:
- The mechanical seal with a rotating requirement will probably be damaged.
- The shaft sleeve lock nut and the impeller lock nut(impeller cap) with the rotating requirement might become loose. If the pin is used for the connection, the influence is not big.
- The pump of the balancing disk or balancing drum will probably damage the balancing disk or balancing drum.
- Cause water hammer and damage the pump structure.
- The multistage centrifugal pump(guide blade type) will easily cause resonance in the rotating speed and damage the pump equipment.
