We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Standard Return Policy

For items purchased from Hztohz.com, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt. Returns are subject to the following policies:

The 30-day return policy applies to unused items in their original condition. You will be required to return the item to our Hong Kong warehouse at your own expense.
If the return period is exceeded but within 6 months, as long as it is an unused item in its original state, you can still return it. Hztohz will charge a restocking fee.
After starting the return process, you need to complete the return within 14 days, and Hztohz will return the money to you within 7 days of receiving the item.
If the item you received is wrong, or there are other problems such as violent logistics damage, missing parts, quality problems, etc., please contact us in time for a replacement or refund.
Frequency converter returns due to non-quality issues will not be refunded for shipping costs.
