Features:
- The centrifugal pump has a vertical structure. The diameter of the inlet and outlet are the same. The inlet and outlet are on the same center line so that the vertical centrifugal pump can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. If a protective cover is added, it can be used in the open air.
- It is easy to install and maintain. There is no need to dismantle the pipeline system, just lift off the conjunction flat nut of the vertical pump. Then, all the rotor parts can be taken out.

Tips: The vertical pipeline centrifugal pump has serious vibration and overheats and usually becomes damaged
In the process of using the vertical pipeline centrifugal pump, various states will occur, such as: there is a serious vibration of the pump, the upper and lower bearings are often hot and damaged, the pump shaft and the bearing joint are worn, or the pump operation is unstable, thus affecting the normal water supply of the water pump. Therefore, the pipeline centrifugal pump shall be conducted with the shock absorption treatment. Let's talk about the cause and transformation of the vibration.
Reason: Water pump vibration
- The water pump has a rigid connection with the transmission shaft. Because of the manufacturing and installation reasons, the pump spindle is in concentric with the transmission shaft, thus causing the vibration of the water pump. The vibration generated by the motor, transmission shaft, and other vibration sources will also be transmitted to the water pump, causing the vibration superposition to further intensify the water pump vibration. In addition, the rigid connection, combined with the external force sustained by the bearing, causes the bearing to be easily heated, which affects the pump spindle.
- If the pump head is high and the flow is great, the gravity center is relatively high. When the system with a large mass revolves at a high speed, the generated centrifugal force is very great. Therefore, it will cause great vibration of the unit. If the support and water pump are added, the connection rigidity of the water inlet and outlet directions is not enough, resulting a rather great displacement of the water pump and various connecting parts. In operation, the water pump displacement changes the forcing status of the upper bearing, the vibration intensifies, and it easily generates heat. If the correction water pump has any displacement, improving the stressing condition of the bearing can reduce the vibration intensity of the system.
Water pump transformation condition
- Transform the transmission system, change the rigid connection between the water pump and transmission shaft into the flexible connection, have the objective of reducing the transmission of the motor and transmission shaft to the water pump, so that the vibration of the motor and transmission shaft can be compensated, and it will not be directly transmitted to the water pump.
- To increase the pipeline rigidity, reduce the water pump deformation, and avoid the water pump displacement and other phenomena, a fixing ring can be added at the water inlet and outlet. Everyone can weld the flanges at both ends of the connecting pipe between the pump outlet and the outlet valve.
