Features:
- The centrifugal pump has a vertical structure. The diameter of the inlet and outlet are the same. The inlet and outlet are on the same center line so that the vertical centrifugal pump can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. If a protective cover is added, it can be used in the open air.
- It is easy to install and maintain. There is no need to dismantle the pipeline system, just lift off the conjunction flat nut of the vertical pump. Then, all the rotor parts can be taken out.
- A vertical centrifugal pump can operate in series or parallel connection according to the requirements of flow and head.
- A vertical pump can be installed vertically or horizontally according to the requirement of the pipeline system.

Tips: Preparation before operating the centrifugal pump
I. Inspection before start-up
To ensure the safe operation of the pump, the entire unit should be thoroughly inspected before the pump is started, and problems should be found and dealt with promptly. The inspection contents include the below items.
- If the motor is well fixed with the water pump, if the bolt and nut are loose.
- If the lubrication oil of each bearing is insufficient, if the lubrication oil goes bad.
- If the water pump is being used or re-installed, the rotation direction of the water pump should be checked to be correct.
- Check if the liquid pool and filtering net have any foreign objects.
- Check if the stuffing in the stuffing box is hardened.
- Check if the valve on the draining pipe can be opened and closed flexibly.
- Check if the electrical wire of the motor is correct.
- Check if there is any object around the unit that is hindering its operation.
II. Preparation before start-up
After the comprehensive inspection and confirming everything is normal, the start-up preparation can be conducted. The works should include the below items.
- Close the valve on the drainage pipe to reduce the start-up current.
- Open the vent cock, and fill water into the pump, and rotate the coupling manually, exhaust the residual air in the impeller as much as possible, until the cock has water emitted, and close it.
- When the vacuum pump is used to exhaust air and fill water for the large-scale water pump, the exhaust cock, and cock of the vacuum meter and pressure meter should be closed to protect the instrument correctness.
