20 hp vertical centrifugal pump with 65m3/h maximum flow, 53.5m maximum head, and 80mm diameter of inlet and outlet.
Features:
- The centrifugal pump has a vertical structure. The diameter of the inlet and outlet are the same. The inlet and outlet are on the same center line so that the vertical centrifugal pump can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. If a protective cover is added, it can be used in the open air.
- It is easy to install and maintain. There is no need to dismantle the pipeline system, just lift off the conjunction flat nut of the vertical pump. Then, all the rotor parts can be taken out.
- A vertical centrifugal pump can operate in series or parallel connection according to the requirements of flow and head.
- A vertical pump can be installed vertically or horizontally according to the requirement of the pipeline system.

Tips: Centrifugal pump troubleshooting - bearing heat
Possible reasons:
- Excessive lubricating oil, the grease of the bearing tank is filled or the oil level is too high, resulting in excessive stirring of the grease to produce high temperature.
- Insufficient lubricating oil, too low an oil level, insufficient lubrication, heat generated by friction, and bearing housing lubricant should fill 1/3 of the bearing space.
- Lubricating oil deteriorates.
- The gland is locked too tight, causing the bearing rotor to not rotate freely.
- There is a gap between the bearing housing and the outer diameter of the bearing, causing the outer ring of the bearing to slip in the hole of the bearing housing.
Solution: Fill with the lubrication oil or replace the bearing.
